The study of Constitution examines different systems of political organisation, governance, social structure, rights, duties, justice, and the relationship between the individual and the state.

MKG Digital University studies three constitutional models as a comparative framework:

1. Current Indian Caste-Based Constitution
2. Foreign Constitution
3. Sanatan Dharma Constitution

Each model is studied separately to understand its structure, principles, social organisation, governance system, rights, duties, institutions, and approach to nation-building.

These three models are studied comparatively to examine how different constitutional systems organise society, authority, rights, duties, justice, governance, and national life.

The objective is to understand the structure and functioning of each model and develop an independent understanding of constitutional organisation.
