The 24 Rules

Series of Dimensions
Peace is the zero dimension, Time the first, Space the second, Energy the third, Force the fourth, Cycle the fifth, Light the sixth, Vibration the seventh, and Maya the eighth. The order of any dimension will not move forward or backward.

Speed of Dimensions
The speed of dimensions increases according to this order. Zero speed belongs to the Peace Dimension, slow speed belongs to Time, and speed increases with the order of dimensions. Light has greater speed than Cycle, and Vibration has greater speed than Light. The highest speed belongs to the Maya Dimension.

Maya Dimension Speed
The speed of the Maya Dimension can be less than that of the Time Dimension and can also be greater than that of the Vibration Dimension. The speed of the Maya Dimension can be lower or higher than the speed of all dimensions. However, all other dimensions have a fixed speed.

Fundamental Speed of Substance
The fundamental speed of every substance is the slow speed of the Time Dimension, but by adding the additional speed of the Energy and Force Dimensions to that substance, it also acquires the additional speed of the Energy and Force Dimensions.

Weight of Matter
The weight of matter increases in the order of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Ether has zero weight. Air has the least weight, Fire has more weight than Air, Water has more weight than Fire, and the Earth element has more weight than Water. A substance that contains a greater amount of the Earth element in its mass will have greater weight, while a substance containing more of the Air element will have less weight.

Weight and Dimensions
No dimension other than matter has weight, but the Force Dimension creates force in the weight of matter, and the Maya Dimension increases or decreases the effect of the weight of matter.

Colors of Light
The colors of light remain in the following order: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Sky Blue, Blue, Violet, White. This sequence is fixed and unchanging in the nature of light.

Heat of Light
The heat of light increases in this order. Red has the least heat, Orange has more heat than Red, Yellow has more than Orange, Green has more than Yellow, Sky Blue has more than Green, Blue has more than Sky Blue, Violet has more than Blue, and White has more than Violet. Black absorbs heat, but Black itself has no heat.

Properties of Energy
The Energy Dimension has three properties: Potential, Kinetic, and Acceleration. Energy can transform into these three properties and cannot transform into any other property.

Movement of Energy
Since Energy is the third dimension, it can move forward, backward, right, left, upward, and downward, but it cannot move inside or outside any substance, and the energy of one substance cannot be given to another substance.

Force and Gravity
Among the two properties of the Force Dimension, attraction and pressure, the Earth's surface attraction force and the pressure force of substances present above the surface work together as two opposite forces to create gravitational force. The Earth does not merely pull matter downward; matter also presses the Earth downward. The Earth's pulling and matter's pressing together create gravitational force.

Movement of Force
Force is the fourth dimension. Force is a property of Shakti (Force Dimension). Force can move in all four directions: forward, backward, right, left, upward, downward, inward, and outward. It can move from one substance to another. Therefore, when the force of one substance enters another substance, that force is not energy but force.

Properties of Cycle
The Cycle Dimension has three properties: change, stability, and rotation. All substances that are circular, like a cycle, do not generate force or energy; they only generate change, stability, and rotation.

Vibration and Matter
The Vibration Dimension does not produce energy or force; rather, it produces action and reaction in matter. To produce action and reaction in matter, it creates friction, bounce, waves, and vibration within matter.

Vibration Connects All Dimensions
The Vibration Dimension continuously sends waves for all eight dimensions to communicate with one another. Every dimension remains connected to each other through the waves of the Vibration Dimension.

Maya Gives Uniqueness
Because of the Maya Dimension, every substance receives its unique form, taste, smell, touch, and sound. Each thing in creation carries its own distinct identity through the power of Maya.

Three Properties of Maya
The attachment property of the Maya Dimension places positive properties in matter, the detachment property places negative properties in matter, and the ego property places neutral properties in matter. Every substance contains positive and negative elements, but not every substance contains neutral elements. In some substances, the elements are spread equally; in some, they are different in the center and outer regions; in some substances, one side has positive elements and the other side has negative elements. When a positive and negative pair forms in the contact region of two substances, attachment is produced between them. But when a positive-positive or negative-negative pair forms in the contact region of those substances, detachment is produced between them.

Maya Gives Existence
Because of the Maya Dimension, every substance receives its unique existence. Without Maya, nothing would hold its individual identity in the fabric of creation.

Energy and Force are Complementary
Energy and Force are complementary to each other. What appears physically in motion is Energy, and the unseen force that gives motion is Force. That whose motion is visible is Energy; that whose motion is not visible is Force.

Measurement of Force
Force has no unit of measurement. The measuring standard belongs to the energy of the instrument on which the force is being used, and every instrument has its own independent standard of measurement.

Next and Previous Order
There is no difference between the next and previous order. Rather, the next order possesses all the capabilities of the previous order along with one additional capability; therefore, it is the next order.

Action and Reaction
The action and reaction of every substance and living being are different and independent. No two beings share the same pattern of action and reaction in the cosmos.

Time Limit of Action
Every action and reaction has its own fixed time limit. After crossing that time limit, the action and reaction stop or change. No action and reaction connected with any dimension can continue indefinitely.

Human and Dimensions
No human being can create any dimension, but can discover and invent them through study and research. No dimension appeared suddenly; rather, every dimension is an element of God. The entire creation is made from those elements, and the whole creation operates through the various properties of those elements.
